Mary's surname has been uncovered as a daughter of Jacob Baker in a short "bio" on the "Baker" family; Biographical Encyclopedia of Dauphin County, PA, 1896, Runk and Company, page 730. On page 862 of the same book it notes that she is the wife of George Jury. She (Mary) is listed as the wife of George Joury in the 1880 US PA census records for Halifax Borough, Dauphin county, PA. Her age is listed as 36, approximating a birth year of 1844. In the 1900 US PA census records she appears as the wife of George Jury with an age 56 years, noting that the couple were married for 35 years.
