October 26, 1927 - May 2, 2022

Mrs. Frances Mae (Davis) Rushing of Lynnville, KY,
beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great
grandmother during her 94 years of her life, went home to be
with her Lord on May 2, 2022.

Born October 26, 1927 to the late Birt and Ruby Davis. Left to
treasure Frances' memory is a son, Gary (Hazel) Rushing of
Hickory, KY. Frances will forever be remembered by grandson,
Waylon (Angela) Rushing of Paris, TN, four great-grandchildren
and four great-great granddaughter, a sister, Mildred Wiggins
of Lynnville, KY, many nieces and nephews. Frances is
now at peace, joining her parents, four brothers and two sisters.

At an early age Frances accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior.
She was a former active and prominent member of the Lynnville
Baptist Church. You could find her lending a helping hand with her
church's various activities. She used her gift of singing to perform
as The Davis Sister's along with her sister, Mildred. She was featured
local shows and the radio throughout her younger years. Frances
passed on her love of music to her son, spending many
nights watching him sing and play his guitar at local establishments.
Frances was an avid reader and loved sewing. Her family meant everything,
she took enormous pride in their many accomplishments, she will be greatly
missed by all who were lucky enough to have known her.

Funeral services will be held at 1PM Friday, May 6, 2022 at the Jackson
Funeral Home in Dukedom. TN with burial to follow in the Acree Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at 11AM Friday at the Jackson Funeral Home until
the hour of service.

The family wishes to express sincere appreciation to the staff at Providence Pointe Nursing Home for the excellent and compassionate care given to our cherished Frances.
