Norman Eugene GENE Ward: 62 passed away Wednesday December 12 1990 at his residence after a long illness. He was born October 13 1928 in Commerce Texas and had lived in the Corpus Christi area for 51 years He was retired from Central Power and Light Company and was a member of the Riverside Church of Christ and the River Hills Country Club. He enjoyed golf and race cars. He is survived by his wife Darlene, three daughters and sons-in- law: Priscilla and Russ Edlin of Ingleside; Linda and Don Anderson and Denise Ward all of CorpusChristi; two sons and daughters-in-law Russell R and Janet Ward ; Randy and Trish Ward of Corpus Christi eight grandchildren: Shawn and Shelly Edlin DJ and Donna And Beloved son Blaize, Holly and Corey Ward. Funeral Services will be conducted 2 pm Friday - December 14 1990 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel with Ed Browning and Lloyd Brookmole officiating Burial will follow in Robstown Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be: Clyde Stevens, Doug Blumberg, Doyle Bryant, Brownie Taylor, Jimmy Lindsey and Clint Wostal SAWYER-DEOWIE FUNERAL HOME
