Mr. James Richard Ring, Jr., age 82, of Bedford, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2022 at The Waters of Clifty Falls in Madison, Indiana. He was born April 7, 1940 in Portland, Oregon, the son of James Richard, Sr. (formerly Emil Bartholomai before name change) and Eleanor Frew (Jones) Ring.
Mr. Ring retired was a welder for the Columbia Steel Casting Company in Portland after twenty years of service. He moved to Bedford in September 2020 from Portland.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, the former Gloria Jean Holt on July 1, 2012.
At his request, there will be no services held.
