DEATHS.
GARDNER.-On Sunday, 8th May, at the Spencer Hospital, Wynyard,
Selby Hicks ("Jack"), dearly beloved husband of Mary Gardner, and loving
father of Reginald, Mary, Cyril and Joseph; aged 46 years. (Result of accident.)
FUNERAL.
GARDNER. - The funeral of the late Selby Hicks ("Jack") Gardner will leave the Spencer Hospital at 1.30 p.m. on TUESDAY, 10th May, for the Mt. Hicks Cemetery, via deviation.

Accident Victim Dies
Selby Hicks Gardner (46), of Mount Hicks, who was admitted to the Spencer Hospital, Wynyard, on Wednesday evening, suffering from a fractured skull, caused when his
horse fell, died shortly after 5 a.m. yesterday.
