DURWOOD -- Services for Ruby Jane Taylor, 55, Ardmore, will be at 2 p.m Tuesday at Durwood Baptist Church with Ray Taylor officiating. Interment will be at Nelda Cemetery under the direction of Griffin-Kennedy-Watts Funeral Home.
Mrs. Taylor was born March 24, 1944, at Bethal, to David and Caroline Johnson Bond. She died Jan. 9, 2000, in Oklahoma City.
She was a lifelong resident of Ardmore and member of Durwood Baptist Church. She and Sidney Taylor were married May 16, 1966, at Durwood. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1995; and a brother, Adam Bond.
Survivors include sons, Randall, Ardmore, Sidney Jr., Davis, Leonard, Guthrie, and Jasper, Ada; daughter, Debra Taylor, Ardmore; sisters, Lucy McKinney, Honobia, Rose Ward, Broken Bow, Helen Vela, Belton, Texas, and Daisy Watson, Watson; and brother, Ernest Bond, Ardmore.
Bearers will be Randy, Timothy, Maurice, Ronnie, Brandon and Jason Bon
