She was a retired employee of the Strand and Sunset Theaters and a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Jessie Howe of Hot Springs, and several nieces and nephews.

Hot Springs - Mrs. Louella Stricklin, aged 88, of Hot Springs died Friday. She was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church and was associated with her sister in the operation of the Strand Theater and Sunday [Sunset?] Drive-In here for many years.
