Etta T. (Ogrodnik) Connors age 90 of Westport passed away Wed. Sept. 24, 2008 at the Catholic Memorial Home. She was the wife of the late Leo M. Connors.
Born in Fall River daughter of the late Andrew Ogrodnik and the late Valerie (Gosiminski) Ogrodnik, she has been a resident of Westport since 1989. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Grace Church in Westport and had previously been a communicant of Sts. Peter and Paul Parish.
She was employed as a cashier for 21 years at the former A & P Supermarkets, and later she worked for 8 years at Citizens for Citizens at the Niagra Drop in Center, and was a member of the Maplewood Senior Citizens.
Surviving: Elaine H. Perreault and her husband Rene of No. Providence, RI., Robert L. Connors and his wife Teresa of Westport, MA and Patricia A. Vasconcellos and her husband Ronald of Westport, MA., sisters Lillian Sullivan of Fall River, Helene I. Brennan of Panama City, FL., Madeline Ogrodnik of Southington, CT., brother Edward Ogrodnik of Somerset, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
