Harry Elmer Foltz, 79, of Muncy, passed away on Sunday, April 17,2022 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. He was born in Williamsport on January 27, 1943, a son of the late Herman and Edith McCloskey Foltz.

Harry served in the U.S. Army in 1960-61. He was a member of law enforcement for many years as a Deputy Sheriff in Ohio. He was a life member of the V.F.W., and Amvets, as well as a member of the American Legion, Moose, and the Eagles. He was a Free and Accepted Mason where he attained the 32 degree. He was Past Master three times.

He is survived by three sons, Harry Elmer Foltz Jr. of Allenwood, Greg Allen Foltz of Muncy, and Jacob Lloyd Foltz of Tennessee, a sister, Bonnie Patterson, and grandchildren, Eleanor, Chance, Angel, Courtney,

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Kader-Neff Funeral Home, 135 W. Main Street, Howard with Rev. Kathleen Danley officiating. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery, Howard
