Mrs. Laurie Dawn Johnson, age 65 of Crandall, GA, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022 at her home.
Laurie was a member of the Sumach Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Rhea Young; father, Clyde Young; sisters, Susan Elizabeth Dollar and Melissa Ann Young.
Survivors include her husband, Edward Walter Johnson of Crandall, GA; daughter, Amy Leigh Johnson, PhD, of Crandall, GA; son, Trevor Edward Johnson of Crandall, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jennifer Elaine and Dale Sluder, Connie Melinda and Larry Winkler, and Roger Dollar, all of Crandall, GA; other survivors include, Adam and Tiesa Sluder, Maise and Myles Sluder, Matthew and Renee Winkler, Cash Winkler, Haley Sluder, Lilly and Grey Castoe, Rebecca and Jeff Nixon, and Anna and Keith Gabrielsen.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Laurie Dawn Johnson will be held on Monday, April 18, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home. Interment will follow from the Sumach Cumberland Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 18, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
