Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services Sunday, June 25, 1944, at 2 p.m. from her late home with concluding services in Shaffer's Church. Interment in adjoining cemetery.
Friends may call at her late home from Saturday afternoon until time of funeral.

Mrs. Samuel E. Miller Expires At Neimans
Neimans - Mrs. Lydia Shearer Miller, wife of Samuel E. Miller, died yesterday afternoon at 4:10 o'clock at her home, this place, Glen Rock R.D. 2. Death followed an illness of one and one-half years and was caused by complications. She was 75 years old.
Mrs. Miller was a member of the Reformed congregation of Shaffer's Church.
Surviving, besides her husband, are the following children: Mrs. Paul L. Miller, Seven Valleys R.D., and Mrs. G. B. Trone, York; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Lucinda Kessler, Bair Station; Jacob Shearer, Spring Grove; Sevilla Shearer, Codorus; John Shearer, Glen Rock R.D. 2; Joseph Shearer, Red Lion, and Charles Shearer, Glen Rock R.D. 2.
The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at her home at 2 o'clock with concluding rites in Shaffer's Union Church. Rev. Paul Yoder, pastor of Jefferson Reformed charge, will officiate. Interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery. Funeral Director Harry C. Geiple, Glen Rock, has charge of arrangements.
