Vera Moore was born in Fort Worth, Texas July 1, 1931 and passed away in Burleson, Texas on December 25, 2020. She was a homemaker with interest including reading, crafting, quilting and traveling. Vera had a great love for her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by husband James Moore; son-in-law Wayne Whitney and parents Herbert and Gladys Jewett.
Vera is survived by daughters Sheila Purdy (Dan Tartaglia), and Phillis McTaggart (Guy). Grandsons Bryan Whitney (Trina) and Brandon Whitney (Leah); Great Grandchildren Tanner, Kane, Kendall and Rylee Whitney; brothers Joe Jewett (Ann); David Jewett (Melba) and sister Doris O'Toole.
