Lucinda was the daughter of William & Polly (Davenport) Campbell.

She first married Albert S. Moore (1814-1845) in Barren County, Kentucky on 10 Jan 1839. One daughter was born to this marriage: Mary Jane Moore (1839-1924).

Lucinda married 2nd John M. Bird (1818-1900) in Brownsville, Edmonson County, Kentucky on 4 Aug 1853.
They remained in Kentucky for the 1860 and 1870 census, locating to Missouri after the 1870 census.
