Unable to locate cemetery burial records but death certificate states removal for burial October 28, 1935 in Spiro, Oklahoma. Informant for death certificate was Roy Beasley husband of youngest daughter Nellie.

James was married three times. 1st marriage to Rachel W Pugh in Tippah County, Mississippi March 11, 1874. Three children born: Leonard Alonzo 1876, James Fleetwood 1879 and Roxada 1879. He marries Anna Dunlap April 15 1891 in Nevada County, Arkansas. Three children born: George Barney 1892, Myrtle 1893 and Nellie in 1896. He then married Adie Katharine Moorman who had also been married twice before with children about 1908.
