RITES HELD TODAY FOR MRS. ANNA VOSS
Final rites were held at 2 p.m. today at Chalybeate Springs church for Mrs. Anna Voss, 73, who died Thursday at her home, Hillsboro 1, following a long illness.
Rev. Dee Montgomery conducted the rites, while Highsmith of Moulton directed interment in the adjoining cemetery.
The deceased, a member of the Baptist church and resident of Lawrence county for 35 years, is survived by her husband, J.W. Voss; four sons, Bill, Rube and Bob, Hillsboro 1, and Harvey Voss, Bessemer; and six daughters, Mrs. Ida Rose, Mrs. Lenora Claborn, and Mrs. Sally Anderson, Hillsboro 1; Mrs. Essie Cahela, Mrs. Ima Coffey, and Mrs. Eunice Cahela, Bessemer; 41 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
