Stephen D. "Tiny" Good, 53, of Dennis, Kansas, died early Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 8, 2008.
He was born on Sept. 17, 1954 at Parsons, Kansas, a son of Walter Hubert and Lucy (Nading) Good.
He was raised in the Bender Mound area and attend school at Morehead and Mound Valley, graduating from the Labette County High School in 1972.
In 1985 he began working for the City of Parsons in the street department and later worked at the water treatment plant. He retired in 2003 due to a disability.
On April 26, 1984 he married Joy Holcomb at Parsons, Kansas.
He was a member of Alcoholics Anonamous. He enjoyed cooking.
Survivors include: His wife, Joy Good, Dennis, KS; one son, John and Tiffany Good, Parsons, KS; one daughter, Melissa and Mark Kuffler, Parsons, KS; five grandchildren, Stephen and Amanda Kufler, Parsons, KS, Pheonix and Corbin Good, Joplin, MO, and Tori Good, Dennis, KS; two brothers, Gene Good, Parsons, KS, and Kenneth Good, Chanute, KS.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Shirley DeMott.
The body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Dyke. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Dennis, Kansas.
Memorials are suggested to the family to defray expenses.
