Jace Dylan Adams: "I like crispy bacon!" is a simple taste of the clearly thought-out requests for Jace Dylan Adams. But you couldn't leave the room without him raising his hand one last time and saying "I also like scrambled eggs." At 6:45 a.m. on Friday, October 30th Jace Dylan Adams stood before King Jesus in absolutely zero pain and quite possibly with a load of particular requests.

One-A-Day fiber bars mean nothing when they smell like chocolate, so Dylan ate 12 in one sitting. And it is occasions like these that show you how Dylan was a prince in his own world with a Master's degree in quirky. In his 8 years, Dylan impacted the lives of many with his specific requests, genuine care and love, and desire to learn more about his Creator.

It was his sincere questions about Jesus that we believe led him to have an understanding of his King. An understanding that is so clear, the ringing of Jesus' words in Mark 10:13, "let the little children come to me..." must have sounded so sweet upon meeting his King.

We're positive that if Jesus is leading bible studies in Heaven, they have been labeled "extended" due to Dylan's questions and requests. It is the memories of Dylan that allow his mom, Victoria; his sister, Bethanie; life-time friend, Mando; his bube Cora; grandpa, Steve; uncle, Roli; aunt, Crystal; aunt, Hazel; cousins, Jaxson, Jaykob, Rett, and Jon-Jon to have peace and smile, maybe even a few laughs.

Dylan, you'll be missed and the next time we meet, we will go to you. Funeral services for Dylan will be held at Logos Community Church in McAllen on Friday, November 6th at 5:30 p.m.

At the request of Dylan's family, in lieu of flowers for the memorial, please make donations out to Logos Community Church to continue in the ministry of benevolence.
