Vada B. Evans, 86, of Sunset Manor Nursing Home, formerly of 651 N. Eighth St., died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2004, at the nursing home.
Born Sept. 8, 1917, in Lewistown to Charles and Stella Bishop, she married Francis Evans on Feb. 28, 1936, in Canton. He died May 4, 1991.
One brother and three sisters also preceded her in death.
Surviving is one son, Raymond (and Andrea) of Wichita, Kan.
Graveside services will be in Wright Cemetery in rural Lewistown.
