Agnes Kiefer
Agnes Marie Kiefer, age 74, Denver, Colorado, and formerly of Omaha and Tekamah, passed away on Saturday evening, February 7, 1987, after a brief illness.

She was born on September 27, 1912, at Herman to William and Beth Flanagan.

She lived in Omaha and Tekamah prior to moving to the Denver area about thirty years ago.

She was employed by the Denver Police Department for over twenty years, having spent the first ten years as a Meter Maid and the remaining ten years as Dispatcher. She retired in 1972.

Her husband, LeRoy Kiefer, passed away in 1969.

Survivors include two sons: James E. Kiefer of Craig and William L. Kiefer of Denver, Colorado; two daughters; Margaret Ann Blea and Susan Marie Martin, both of Denver; one brother, Jack Flanagan of Tekamah; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 12, 1987 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Tekamah with Fr. John McCaslin, Celebrant.

Interment will be in the Tekamah Cemetery.

All local arrangements are being handled by the Hamel & Peck Funeral Home of Tekamah.
