ervices for Bill Willingham, 68, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Griffin-Kennedy-Watts Chapel with the Rev. Donny Custar officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Marietta.
Willingham was born to Floyd and Opal Willingham, March 21, 1931, in Ardmore where he died July 28, 1999.
A lifetime resident of Ardmore, he served in the Army and was a maintenance crew worker at Lu-Ken Manor before he retired. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include a son, Joey, Plano, Texas; a daughter, Jeanne Samuels, Lone Grove; a sister, Jo Ann Call, Spice Wood, Texas; stepsons, Roger, Wes, James and Jay Bowen; and 11 grandchildren.
Bearers will be Roger, Wes, James, Jay, Blake and Jake Bowen. Honorary bearers are Dr. Robert Patzkowsky, Dr. James Turrentine, Lodge Altom, Tom Heron, J.C. and Charlie Bowen.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.
