The son of Thomas Daniel (1786-1852) and Martha Patsy Smith (1785-1847). Seaborn married Nancy Jane Almand (1822-1863) in Newton County, GA on 9 Dec 1840. From census records, it is believed they had 11 children, five of which have known memorials.
Seaborn married his second wife, Elizabeth Victory Stodghill, on 27 Sep 1874 in Chambers County, AL. Seaborn and Elizabeth had two children together, Charlie Daniel and Susie Daniel Goins.
The circumstances regarding Seaborn's commitment to Milledgeville State Hospital are unclear; he was committed in May 1890 after a hearing in Columbus, GA, where his youngest daughter from his first marriage, Nissia Daniel Harwell, lived. He died five months later.
