Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Lockart & Sons Funeral Home, Shelbyville. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery, near Shelbyville. Memorials: Hospice of Lincolnland, Shelbyville.
Mr. Winslow was born Oct. 12, 1909 in Sparta, Mo., the son of Henry Rose and Rosa Elma Pettit Winslow. He was retired from the Oliver Corp. in Shelbyville. He married Rosa Ellen Severe on Dec. 13, 1927 in Shelbyville. She preceded him in death on Oct. 26, 1993.
Surviving are his daughter, Beulah M. Smith of Shelbyville; brother, Thomas Basil Winslow of Corcoran, Calif.; grandchildren, Wendy Smith of Peoria; George Smith and his wife, Kim, and Dale Smith and his wife, Jody, all of Shelbyville; Mrs. Joe (Gail) Kries of Pana; great-grandchildren; Laura, Isaac and Austin Smith, all of Shelbyville; Willy and Amber Kries, both of Pana.
One daughter, his parents and one brother, John Maxie Winslow, preceded him in death.
