Cuba, IL - Eileen E. Formhals, 80, of 747 N. Third St. died at 4:45 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, 1992, in the emergency room at Graham Hospital.

Born Sept. 4, 1911, in Knox County to Arthur Robertson Schisler and Blanche Mabel Butler Schisler, she married William Glen Formhals on Aug. 17, 1929, in Peoria. He survives.

Also surviving are four sons, U. Leon of Galesburg, Richard E. of Dallas, Ore., Stan of Urbana, Ohio, and Ronald W. of Dahinda; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Byron Schisler of Fairview and Forest Leland Schisler of Willow Grove, Mo.; and two sisters, Avis Wells of Cuba and Artha Lowry of Rock Island.

She was preceded in death by one son, one brother and one sister.

A medical secretary at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis and Graham Hospital in Canton, she later worked and retired from Galesburg Research Hospital. She attended Checkrow Community Church.

Burial will be in Wiley Cemetery in rural Ellisville.
