AUDRY M. GRIFFITH, 89, of Fairfield, IL Passed Away at 8:30 PM, Wednesday, January 02, 2008 at the Way-Fair Nursing Home at Fairfield, IL.

Audry was born August 7, 1918 to Orville and Flora Belle (Brewer) Rutherford at Orchardville, IL. She married Murry Griffith July 3, 1937 and he preceded her in death July 9, 1987.

Audry was a homemaker and a member of the New Zion General Baptist Church and attended New Hope General Baptist Church near Fairfield, IL.

She is survived by 2 daughters – Carolyn McKinney (& her husband Wendell) of Wayne City, IL and Connie Jurgens (& her husband Michael) of Chatham, IL; 1 son Gary Griffith (& his wife Sue) of McLeansboro, IL Also surviving are 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Preceding her in death were her husband, 1 brother Ogie, and her parents.

Private graveside services will be held at the Russell Cemetery at Rinard, IL There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to Way-Fair Nursing Home Activity Fund and will be accepted at Hosselton Funeral Home.
