She is survived by two children, Cynthia Simpson of South Mountain and Gregory Lensbower of Mont Alto; two grandchildren, Augusta Brookens and Colton Cook; three great grandchildren, Mason Hull, Tionesha Brown and Kaya Beard; and five siblings, Shirley Brown (Jim) of Amberson, and Donetta Mellott, Phyllis Crider (Jerry), Sharon Hollar (Joe), and Frank Crider, Jr., all of Fayetteville. In addition to her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by three brothers, Glen, Baron and Ronnie Crider.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202. Rev. Lee Daywalt will officiate. Interment will follow the service in Parklawns Memorial Gardens.
