Jessie Murray Widdison Boyd died March 20, 2022 in Salt Lake City, Utah at the age of 91.

She was born May 8, 1930 in Heber, Utah to William Murray and Dorothea Watkins Murray.

Jessie was raised in Heber where she met and married Clarence Widdison. They had 2 boys, Dennis and Darrell Widdison. After being widowed she moved to Salt Lake City where she met and married Klenneth Boyd. They had 3 boys, Curtis, Mark and Bruce Boyd.

Jessie worked for JC Penny and Sears then later purchased and operated her own clothing store called Mode-O-Day in St. George, Utah. She loved crocheting and had an amazing green thumb. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She was a grandmother of 13 grandchildren and great grandmother of many more.

She is survived by her youngest son Bruce Boyd and preceded in death by her parents, siblings and 4 sons.

Jessie was a loving mother and will be missed.

Graveside services will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 at the Charleston Town Cemetery in Charleston, Utah, starting at 1:00 pm.
