Children: Alta 1875-c1907; Nellie Victoria 1876-1936; Marjorie c1878; Blanche 1879-1883; Thomas c1884; John 1885-1886; Bertha 1889-1985; Fred Otto 1892-1969. The two oldest daughters were disowned names unknown. On October 16, 1894, Luticia Gideon McClanahan took 2 large teaspoons of arsenic "Rough on Rats" at 4 pm, doctor came 9pm and she died at about midnight.
