MARLOW -- Graveside rites for Ada Lee Winter will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Marlow Cemetery with the Revs. Guy Scott and Bill Freeman officiating.

Mrs. Winter died March 1, 1999, in a Madill health care facility. She was born to Samuel Issac Bedford and Minnie Elizabeth Henley Dec. 10, 1906, at Clebourne, Texas.

She was preceded in death by three husbands, George Allen Freeman, Augustus Featherston and Eugene Winter; a son, Everett Paul Freeman; daughter, Betty Pauline Curren; a brother, Atha Bedford; two sisters, Onita Bedford and Annie Stewart; three granddaughters; and a great-granddaughter.

She is survived by four sons, Leo Allen and Tommy R. Freeman, Mannsville, George Jr. Freeman, Albuquerque, N.M., and Rev. William "Bill" Freeman, Ardmore; a daughter, Rev. Beaula A. Scott, Madill; a brother, Everett Bedford, Healdton; 24 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Marshall Memorial Hospice, 1 Hospital Dr., Madill, Okla. 73446.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 tonight at Griffin-Kennedy-Watts Funeral Home.
