Barb enjoyed working with her flowers every spring and summer. She took a cake decorating class and mastered the basics, making many treats for family and friends. She also enjoyed quilting and leaves behind many beautiful pieces. Florida was one of Barbs favorite places and she always looked forward to making the trip. Before his passing Dave and Barb traveled extensively around the country and to several foreign countries always returning to Sunday services at West Union Friends Meeting where she was a lifelong member.
Barb is survived by her brother, Dave Allen; sons, Stephen Everett, Todd Everett (Carol), Matthew Everett (Ashley) and grandson, Adyson Everett (Bella); nephews, Jay and Mike, TJ and Joe; nieces, Jan and Dylan, and sister-in-law, Carolyn Everett. Along with her parents, she was recently preceded in death by both her husband of 40 years, David L. Everett, older brother, James Allen. Sister-In-laws, Kay, Joida and Peg Allen and Susan Everett.
Visitation is 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday March 14, 2022 at Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel in Monrovia. Services: 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 , with calling held prior at 12:00 noon.
Burial: West Union Friends Cemetery.
