Judith Griffith married Isaac Gooding, Rev Abel Morgan and David Fulton. She lived in a community of Baptist preachers. Linville Creek Baptist in VA shows the marriage to (Rev) Abel Morgan as July 7, 1717 as best as i can see. She then has a child each year for 4 years until Abel dies. So she has toddlers and babies and needs support and protection in the new country. She married David Fulton who may have been a blacksmith because his new stepson Abel Jr becomes a blacksmith in Cheltenham.

Fulton was a member of the Abington Presbyterian Church which receives a donation in his Will. He mentions his sister's son Thomas Greer and his brother's son Joseph Fulton and bequeathed them some of his acreage. He signs the Will with his mark. Judith Fulton is executrix after others give up their job. David had several horses and cows and a cart to drive. Turnips and hay in the barn. A feather bed he orders to be sold. Judith married and came to live with him with 5 young ones in Cheltenham some time after 1722 where they brought up her children. Abel Morgan (Jr) her son by Rev Abel Morgan who died in 1722 is the main recipient. He became a blacksmith in Cheltenham. Abel Morgan Jr had a son named Thomas Morgan (a merchant) who married Ann Waln at a Quaker Meeting in Philadelphia. Elizabeth Dungan, Abel's remarried wife formerly Elizabeth Howell, signed the marriage certificate. My grandmother used to tell us we were related to Thomas Morgan (wife Ann Waln) whose children entered the shipping business. We are descendants of Abel Morgan's brother Enoch Morgan who moved to Middletown, Monmouth County NJ where their mother Judith Fulton died.
