San Antonio, TX: Died in this city March 8, 1933, Archibald Robert Allsup, age 82 years, at his residence, 132 Chicago Blvd. He was the son of Brice M. G. Allsup and Rebecca McVea. On March 30, 1872, he married Miss Martha A. Johnson in Gonzales Co. TX. and became the father of 5 children; William Thomas, 1873, Stella, 1875, Allie, 1878, Robert Brice, 1886 and daughter Jeffie, 1889. He is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. Allie Gamble and Mrs. Stella Peacock. 2 sons, W. T. Allsup and R. B. Allsup; 15 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 8, at 4 p.m. at Riverside Park Baptist Church with Rev. R. G. Van Royen and Rev. Lewis McVea officiating. Interment will be at Mission Burial Park.
