Ducan H. had just finished getting his medical degree and they moved to the Stillwater, Oklahoma area, where he was to practice medicine until his death in 1928.
They had three children: Nina, Layla and Roland Hudiburg Selph, all born in Oklahoma.
It has just been learned that Nancy died from tuberculosis and her husband had taken her to New Mexico for the climate to try and help with her recovery. Apparently the disease was too far along and she died in Lake Arthur, N.M. D. H. had her buried in a single plot in Hagerman Cemetery. The birth date on her headstone is listed as 1867 but the entry in the Hudiburg bible states the date as 1869.
Her husband remarried and is buried in Stillwater, Ok. with his second wife. Nina Selph and her husband Edward L.Wilson are buried at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas. Daughter Layla and her husband Jesse B. Cass are buried in Tulsa, Ok. and son Roland Hudburg Selph and his wife Thelma Streeter are also buried in Stillwater, Ok.
