William Joseph Barber (Bill) was born April 26, 1964, to Glen and Evelyn Barber.

Visitation will be 9 AM until 9 PM Friday with family receiving friends from 5 PM until 6 PM at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 10 AM Saturday at Trinity Memorial Park.

Bill and Tony shared the responsibility of taking care of their parents.

Mr. Barber passed away in the early ninety's and after Tony passed away Bill shouldered the responsibility of taking care of his mom. It was part of his day-to-day life. His life revolved around caring for his mom.

He went to college and came home every day for his mom. He earned 3 or 4 different college degrees, Bill was always smarter than everyone else and he didn't mind saying it.

After his mom passed away Bill continued to help look after Grannie, although she didn't need much help from anyone.

He married Kim and they adopted Zoey, that little girl was the light in his eyes and it really tore him up when they lost her.

Grannie Barber later passed away………but Bill still had Kim at home to care for. He took care of her until she passed away as well.

He spent his life caring for others and would do anything in his power to help someone if they needed it.

He leaves behind a sister that he loved Shanna Smith and brother in-law John Smith as well as three nieces.

He was a big brother and best friend to us all.
