PHOENIX, Ariz. — Agnes Faye Cook, 95, of Phoenix, died Oct. 31, 2009, at Glendale Life Care-Caregivers Hospital.
Born Aug. 8, 1914, to John and Bertha Turney, she had lived most of her life in the Montpelier area until moving in 1960. She married Lester Cook and he preceded her in death.
Surviving are five daughters, a stepson, a sister-in-law, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services and burial were held in Arizona.
