Mr. Moore was born Dec. 10, 1890, in Pilot Grove, Mo. He was a retired painter. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge No. 271 of AF and AM in Kansas City, Ks., and of the Painter's Union Local No.9 in Kansas City, Mo. He Liveds in Wakarusa Manor in Lawrence for a year before returning to Kansas City.
He is Survived by a son, Roy (Bud) Moore, Lawrence; two daughters, Mrs. Virginia Boyd and Mrs. Anna Blackman, both of Kansas City; a sister, Mrs. Grace Ginn, Sacremento, Ca.; a brother, Ray, also living in Ca.; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
