Born May 30, 1910, in Fulton County to George Elmer "El" and Minnie Foutch Garrett, she married Russell Riebling on Feb. 17, 1934, in Canton. He survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Earle (Jeanette) Courtney of Quincy, Mrs. Kenneth (Nedra) Shuman of Manheim, Pa., and Lela Stelter of Lincoln; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one grandchild and one sister.
She was a member and deaconess of the Woodland Church of the Brethren, where she taught Sunday school for many years, worked in the Vacation Bible School program and was a former member of the Women's District Board of Southern Illinois. She was a charter board member of the Astoria Senior Citizens Organization.
Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery near Astoria.
