He was preceded in death by two brothers, Elmo and Curtis Coleman, and one sister, Nannie Mae Bartley. He is survived by his wife, Josephine Mullins Coleman; two sons, Danny Ray Coleman of Greenville, S.C., (2020), and Timothy Dale Coleman of Milton, W.Va. (1954-2016); three sisters; grandchildren.
Burial in Ridgelawn Memorial Park.
