Paul R. Stepanoff, 63, of Quakertown, PA passed away on February 12, 2022 at home. Paul was the best friend and loving husband to Jocelyn (Neubauer) Stepanoff for 26 years and proud and devoted father to Nicholas (Valerie) Stepanoff, Peter (Natalie) Stepanoff, Katherine (John) Brown, Lydia (Max) Claycomb, and Sergei Stepanoff. He was the most joyous grandfather to his grandchildren Jacquelyn, Koralia, Olivia, Adeline, Thomas, Emilia, and more to come. He is also survived by his brother, Andrew (Irene) Stepanoff and family and his lifelong best friend, Kevin (Cindy) Brown. He was predeceased by his father Rostislaw, mother Ludmilla and brother Michael Stepanoff.

Paul loved life, his family, his friends, volunteering for his community and Camp NORR. He was an avid hunter and a true outdoorsman. He would never hesitate to lend a hand to anyone in need and had experience, knowledge, and wisdom to fix anything and everything. He loved to entertain friends and always had a wild and entertaining story to tell.

Paul graduated from Penn State University in 1980 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and again in 2007 with an Executive MBA from Smeal College of Business. He was a licensed Professional Engineer, a rotary wind helicopter pilot and holds four patents.

Paul was most recently the Director of Renewable Energy for DRM International where shared his true passion for renewable energy. Prior to that he was Manager of Richland Township and was also employed at Air Products and Chemicals, Allentown, PA. Paul served on the QCSD School Board for 12 years as a member and president.

A Pannyhida, memorial service, will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 7:00 PM and his funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Both services will be at St. Alexander Nevsky Russian Orthodox Cathedral, 200 Alexander Avenue, Howell Township, NJ. A burial service will take place at Union Cemetery of Hellertown, 85 Main Street, Hellertown, PA following the funeral at approximately 3:00-3:30 PM.
