Miss Amanda Jane Gensimer, an aged resident of Birmingham, died at her home there at 6.30 o'clock yesterday morning, death being due to cancer from which she had suffered for many years. She was born in Huntingdon county, March 20, 1852, and was a lifelong member of the Presbyterian church. She is survived by one sister, Miss Nancy Gensimer, at home. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon with services at the late home at 2:30 o'clock, in charge of Rev. E. G. Sawyer, pastor of the United Brethren church of Tyrone. Interment will be made in the Presbyterian cemetery at Birmingham.
