O. W. "Buck" Stringer was son of Gordon Dewey Stringer and Ina Ponder Stringer. His siblings were "Cedo" Mercedes Stringer Tucker and "Brown" Ferrell Eugene Stringer. He married the love of his life, Carole Faye Wilson October 23, 1959 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky after being discharged from the US Army in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. They had 4 children: Daniel Allen Stringer, Amy Laurette Stringer Haile, Ellen Renae Stringer Mitchell, and Jason Kyle Stringer. He loved the church, his family, friends and music. He was a blessing we will always remember lovingly.
