Joseph M. Wycoff, 62 of Bardstown died February 21 (1977). He had been in ill health the past year. / He was a native of Springfield, Ky. and Vice-President of Wilson and Meyr Bank and Trust Company of Bardstown, served as First Lieutenant in United States Army in World War II and for a time while still in the service was with the Atomic Energy Commission at Oak Ridge, Tenn. He was a Past President of Bardstown Chamber of Commerce, past President of Old Kentucky Home Country Club. He was a member of the Christian Church. / Survivors include his wife, the former Kathryn Hunter, a native of Leitchfield; two sons, Joseph A. Wycoff of Bardstown; and one brother, Dr. Jack Wycoff of Virginia. / Funeral services will be held today, Thursday, February 24, at 2 p.m. at Maues and Greenwell Funeral Home, Bardstown, with interment in Springfield.
