Daughter of Baylis C Renoe and Eliza Jane Nevins. Wife of William Emmett "Billy" Humphreys, married Feb 12, 1890.
Children: Carson Renoe, Ernest, Forrest E, and Harry Bennett Humphreys.

"Mrs. Betty Renoe Humphreys, 85, died Saturday night at thehome of her son, Harry B Humphreys on Wood Ave. following an illness of several weeks. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon at the Carrington Baptist Church, of which she had been a member since her youth. The Rev.Cleates E Hannan, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Fulton, will conduct the services, and burial will be in the family lot in the adjacent cemtery.

Mrs. Humphreys, daughter of the late Baylis C Renoe and Eliza Jane Nevins Renoe, was born August 28, 1863 at her parents farm south of Carrington. She was one of eight children, only one of whom a brother, Dr. William H. Renoe of Fulton survives.

She was married February 12, 1890 to William Humphreys who preceded her in death 49 years ago. Surviving are her three sons, Carson R. Humphreys of Auxvasse, Forrest Humphreys, and Harry B. Humphreys of Fulton, Mrs. Chris Marsch of Fulton, Curtis Humphreys, south of Fulton and Miss Mary Ruth Humphreys of Auxvasse are grandchildren, and Ronald Lee Marsch, is her great grandson."
