YORK William "Dick" G. Baugher, 94, died Friday afternoon, December 28, 2007, at Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of the late Ruth (Paules) Baugher. Mr. Baugher is survived by one son, Daniel M. Baugher of New York, N.Y.; and one niece, Eva Sterner of York. A graveside service for Mr. Baugher will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hoover's Cemetery in Starview. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Richard Starr from Christ Lutheran Church in Starview.
