Charlotte Kagley Powell, age 92, passed away on February 8, 2022.

She devoted her life to caring for her family, especially her daughter, Barbara. She was a fabulous cook, devoted wife, mother, sister, and proud grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Powell; parents, Len and Nora Kagley; sisters, Margaret Crowder, Kathleen Thompson, Edna Burrell; brothers, Herman Kagley, Cecil Kagley.

She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Sterchi (John), Barbara Powell, Cindy Harmon (Brett), and Traci Wolfenbarger (Randy); sisters, Juanita Welshan, and Jeanette Best; grandchildren, Heather Harmon, Hillary Harmon, Rachel Wolfenbarger (Fiance'), and Brandon Wolfenbarger .

Special thanks to her devoted and loving caregivers – Kathy Brewer, Angela Boyd, Vickie Durbin, Becky Holland, Janet Oliver, Debbie Holt, and Ginger Nuchols.

Family and friends will meet at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 11th, at Grandview Cemetery for a graveside service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Barbara Powell to the Open Door Special Needs Ministry at Partnership Christian Church, 323 Partnership Pkwy., Maryville, TN 37801.
