Warren Bailey died about eight o’clock Tuesday evening from heart trouble. He had been seriously ill for six weeks but had not been in good health for a long time previous.
He had lived in Kalamazoo County all his life. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joel Bailey and was born in Charleston Township. About forty years ago he was married to Miss Henrietta Drake of Jonesville. One son was born to them.
He was fifty-eight years old and during that long residence there has made many friends, for he was always possessed by a spirit of kindness, which he manifested to all especially to his family.
He belonged to a family of six brothers and one sister. He was the first of the brothers to died. There sister passed away several years since. Besides his wife and son, he leaves four grandchildren.
