Shirley Ann Jontz of Clinton, Missouri passed away Friday, December 28, 2007 at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral services wil be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at the Clinton United Methodist Church. Family will receive friends from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at the church. Burial will be Thursday, January 3, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at the South Oak Cemetery, Stuart, Iowa. Family suggests memorials to the Clinton United Methodist Church or St. Luke's Hospital Foundation.
Shirley was born in Adair County, Iowa. She was married to Robert Jontz who preceded her in death in November 2007. She and her husband owned Jontz Insurance Agency in Stuart, Iowa. She was a member of the Clinton United Methodist Church, the P.E.O. sisterhood, the Stephen Ministries of the Methodist Church and several bridge clubs.
Among survivors include her two sons, Gregg Jontz and wife, Lori of West Des Moines, Iowa and their children, Courtney, Erin and Michael and Brad Jontz of Las Vegas, Nevada.
