Patricia L. Buchholz, age 85, of Stanton, passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022.

After graduating from Greenville High School in 1954, Pat attended County Normal for one year. Out of all her accomplishments in life, the thing Pat was the most proud of and loved the most was her family; especially her grandchildren, where she was their biggest fan at all their events. Pat also liked square dancing, roller skating, traveling, camping, snowmobiling in Baldwin, watching the birds, attending horse shows, her draft horses, and going to the sprint car races in Crystal. Pat was also a member of the Stanton First Congregational Church. Later in life Pat enjoyed spending time at the Commission on Aging where she served on the board.

Surviving Pat are her children, Craig (Lori) Buchholz of Sidney, Gary (Rhonda) Buchholz of Stanton, Curt (Karen) Buchholz of Cedar Springs, and Gailyn (Mike) Daggett of Portland; 12 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; sisters-in-law, Joyce Johnson, Sharon Nielsen, Lois Garvey; and lifelong friends, Joyce Ehle and Sharon Ritter.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Leo & Minnie (Hoffman) Swartz; her husband of 62 years, Al Buchholz; sister-in-law, Marion Buchholz, and brothers-in-law, Richard Johnson, Otto Buchholz, Thorval Nielsen, and Jim Garvey.

Pat's life is being celebrated on Saturday, February 5th at the Stanton First Congregational Church (305 N. Camburn St.). Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM, with her memorial service beginning at 11 AM with Pastor Bob Braman officiating. Final inurnment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Langston.
