Former Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Officer Robert T. Beger, DSN 4947, received his commission and was appointed to the department on December 9, 1963. Officer Beger served in the following districts: They were the 7th and 8th on March 30, 1964, and then the 7th on June 9, 1964. Officer Beger resigned his commission on September 13, 1964, to seek gainful employment in the private sector. He had 9 years and 4 days of faithful and dedicated service to the department.

Mr. Beger was predeceased by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold T. and Lois J. Beger.

9:00 am until the memorial Mass at 10:00 am.

A lifetime member of Iron Workers' Union Local # 396 and a former St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department Officer,

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (718) 987-1931, at t2t.org, and would be appreciated.

Anatomical remains are to be kept by the family, and inurnment will take place at a later date and time at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
