MIAMI -- Funeral services for William W. Wallace, 75, who died last Monday at the Elks National Old Age Home, Bedford, Va. (He actually died at Western State Hospital in Staunton, Va.), will be at 3 p.m. today at Miles Mortuary Chapel.
Mr. Wallace was born July 18, 1879 (1873, according to his WWI Draft Registration and Death Certificate), at Mount Sterling, Il. He came to Miami in 1919, and was a barber here until he retired about six years ago. He had lived at the Elks Home in Bedford for the last 3 1/2 years.
The service will be conducted by the Miami Elks Lodge, of which he was a member. Burial will be in the Elks plot of Pinal Cemetery.
He is survived by a son, Roy Wallace, of El Paso, Tex., and two grandsons.

According to both of their death certificates, William and Ethel were divorced at the time of her death in 1952.
