Dean Boatwright Pounders, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Tuesday at North Alabama Medical Center.

Mrs. Pounders loved going to flea markets and yard sales and was always determined to find a good buy. She loved her children and her grandchildren and leaves behind many wonderful memories.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Bessie (Frederick) Boatwright; and brother, Harry Boatwright.

A private family graveside service will be at Shady Grove Cemetery. Spry Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
